Go to privacy settings then where it talks about what your friends can see, at the bottom on the left there is an option for apps. Click that, find whatever you wana delete and you’re done. 🙂

Go to your Wall Where the Posts appear To The Right Click on the X And Click On The block button and it will block the app from posting to your wall
