chattyqueen53: how do you start yahoo chat, do you have to have yahoo messenger installed?
I am in my yahoo mail and it says I am unavailable to chat. When I click on that I am available it says that I am disconnected because I am using another means to access the system. I am using my same home computer, no other device. Do you know what they are talking about?

You canot be online on both of them (on email and on YM allready instaled)…you have to chose one 😉
You are probably getting with message because you are already signed into Yahoo Messenger. The message only means that you are disconnecting from Yahoo Messenger because you are making yourself “Available” in Mail Chat. You cannot be signed into Yahoo Messenger and Mail Chat at the same time.
