I’m not sure about Spanish, but the Russians say “я влюблён ja vl’jubl’en” (men) or “я влюблена ja vl’jublena” (women) and never say “я впадаю в влюблённость” – it sounds wierd, word for word translation from English.

You have yet to have the exact translation in French for “I fall in love”.
I fall in love. – Je tombe amoureux (amoureuse for a female speaking)
I fell in love – Je suis tombé(e) amoureux (amoureuse).
I am in love with …. Je suis amoureux (amoureuse) de …

I can’t help you with the Russian or Spanish though.
