Conla: How do you remove dead skin from your face?
Every winter I have some kind of dry skin problem, usually eczema. This year on my face, especially around my mouth and forehead, I have a lot of dry, flaky skin. Is there any way to remove this skin that doesn’t call for a special product? I use a lot of of strong moisturizer at least once a day. Any other tips?

try exfoliating your skin and then using moisturizer.
go to the dermatologist if nothing works, but remember the dermatologist can take up to a month to get an appointment
Use sugar to exfoliate your skin, inexspensive and works great!!Answer by Cali
I have the same problem. What I do is I put some Vaseline on the dry spots and leave it over night. In the morning I was my face with Spectro Derm. If you dont have that you can use whatever facial cleanser your have. And then I apply coco butter( not the pure kind) the creams that have some coca butter in it. Its obviously not going to work the next day but 2-3 days it should get better.Answer by lina blue
clearly your moisturizer isnt working. you need extra hydration and you need to apply your moisturizer at least twice a day, you may also benefit from cleasning your face with a cleanser only for very dry skin. you made need an extra strong moisturizer during the evening different than your day one. you may exfoliate your skin but it will make it dryer so follow up with an extra hydrating moisturizer. you must drink tons of water too to keep your body hydrated from the inside outAnswer by CourtTV
wash your face with your regular face wash but rub some baking soda on your face with it.
it clears all your pores and gets the dead skin off too. then make sure you keep lotion on your face.Answer by Bio Flora
