Ada G: How do you overcome stress during exams?
I’m really stressed during exams even if I know every single thing. I’m just getting excited. I’m a good student and I don’t want this to cause my grades to go down. Can you tell me ways to overcome exam stress?

Find a way to work in a little bit of rigorous cardio, or yoga
Drink some herbal calming tea
eat breakfast, fruits and vegetables
get healthy sleep
Drink lots of water
and try relaxing breathing exercises
Answer by devilprincessJust relax a bit. Get something to distract you from the stress. Take in deep breaths and just hang with your friends. And don’t worry, the stress will not affect your grades as long as you control it.Answer by Reoriented
Experience. Get a good nights sleep the night before. Exercise regularly. Stress is not necessarily bad, if it turns out to be, try hypnotism. Are you sure its level is _too_ high?
