do you mean what the phrase “make love” means? well if so from my point of view you make love and not sex when you have deep feelings(love) for the person you are actually sleeping with and its not just sex with a person but its a deep emotional connection with the other,the becoming “one” point of view and not the somatic feeling of the action(sex)

It depend on each person. Maybe, only glint , smile , gesture…can make love but to make a true love needs process. If u want someone love u, first, u must love her/him .And more important, u must have heartfelt love because in love have no insincere.It’s reason of breakup !
