Why would you be concerned about a “noisy” person? Will they make a lot of noise while looking through your history?

All kidding aside, you can try “CrapCleaner” it’s actually called ccleaner from Piriform. Totally free and quite effective.

However, maybe you want to clean-up your own act first so that you don’t have something to hide.

It all depends on which browser you are using. If you are using firefox or IE, then click on tools then delete browsing history. For google chrome, click on the tool in the top right corner of the browser, hit history, click on the edit items link then click clear all browsing data.
