going to boarding school you would become more responsible and become more independent
Boarding schools can cost more than college. If you want your parents to send you, better get a full scholarship – because you probably can’t expect them to pay $ 40,000 a year for someone you can get for free.Answer by Andromeda
Perhaps it’s a finance issue Olivia. If this is not the issue, than you could ask her what her objections are. Pick a time and place where you will not be distracted. Don’t interrupt her when she is listing her objection instead, listen intently to every objection. Again, don’t say anything when she is sharing this information with you because this is essential.
Don’t lose your cool just repeat the objections to her so she can be satisfied you listen and understood her objections. Assure her you understand her reasons then take these objections one by one and calmly explain your position. Again, I stress the need for calmness in your approach.
Good luck to you.
Answer by kilroymasterBy asking her and showing her that you are responsible enough to handle the pressures of boarding school…………. And be sure that your mother can handle the separation and pay all that money……..
