Mark: How do you back to staying at bad motels after staying in nice hotels?
I go on frequent Business trips… and the company I work for would always put us up in wither a Ramada inn, or La Quinta inn.
With the bad economy, we changed our accommodation deals to stay in motel 6’s and Days inn’s.
How do you adjust from good to not so good?

Answer by loves christmas lightsAs always, check the sides of the mattress and inbetween for signs of bedbugs *dried tiny blood spots.
Keep your luggage, clothes you take off and even shoes in large garbage bags, *even in the rental car.
Id say do a google search of the motels in the area and try to find one in the best area you can, you can do the camera view of the street to look around.
Not much else you can do, other than look for specials in nicer hotels, and show them to the travel agent so they can book those instead, you never know when a hotel is running a special with basically the same prices at the shoddy places.Answer by Jared Finleto
I’ll never go back to a hotel with poor servings and unsatisfactory care for the customers. Just like when you’re skiing on the wrong trail you will definitely not gonna go back there.
