Chance B: How do I transfer movies from itunes to my ipod video?
I have latest version of itunes and about 15 movies on it. I bought an ipod video of my friend and when I go to put my movies and music videos on the ipod it tells my they cant be played on this itunes. The movies and music videos are all mp4 formats but I cant get them on my itunes. Does anyone know what to do?
My videos are in mp4 format but wont transfer from my itunes to my ipod… Does anyone know what I should do?

It doesn’t sound like it is mp4 format. If they are movies not purchased from itunes there is no legal way to transfer those movies. If they are purchased from itunes, it should function fine. In which case, I would call the apple support number, (800) APL-CARE (800-275-2273)
