David Simpson: How do I remove a debit card from paypal without logging on?
I have my card assigned to a paypal account that I no longer know the account email or password to.
I have made a new paypal account and I want to use this card but I can’t because it’s already on another paypal account! Any ideas?

The debit card is stored in the account, so you have to log on to it to remove it. The only way around it would be to call PayPal, but without even knowing the email, I’m not sure if they would even talk to you about it.
The first post is correct. This will be very difficult to change without knowing any other information.
What I would do… Given the fact that you no longer have access to the paypal account, you have a potential for fraud if someone gets into that account. Call your bank and request a new debit card with a new number. Use the new number on the new paypal account.
Answer by the tax ladyEven if you went in and unlinked the card, paypal stores the card number in another database and won’t let you reuse the number. This cust down on fraud and prevents people from having multiple accounts. (You are allowed a maximum of 2.)
If you have forgotten the account information, you email paypal’s support staff.
Answer by RifeYou cannot remove that card without logging in. But if you manage to remove somehow as far as I know the number of the credit card is still stored and it’s impossible to link to another PayPal account.
The best solution is to try to get your old PayPal account back.
