dmxrated: how do I prevent Google from giving me results right when I start typing keywords?
I’ve noticed that whenever I type something into Google’s search bar, it automatically gives me some search results. I would like to be able to complete typing something *before* being given a list of results. How do I turn this feature off?

That is caused by the new “Google Instant” feature
To turn it off
Go to www.google.com
Type in a few letters a let it give you results before you press enter.
Then on the right of the Search Button you will see a triangle saying Instant is on. Click the triangle and choose “Off – Press enter to search” from the dropdown.
If you find this confusing see this website
Hope this helps
