How do I prevent a specific email from going into spam?

epbquilts: How do I prevent a specific email from going into spam?
I receive multiple emails per day from a listserve–so they have the same email address–and some of them are going into spam. I would like to receive them all. What setting do I change to permit them all to go to regular email?

By putting the address in your contact list it should not go to spam.
