I had a complaint long time ago when I took the kids to one. Our kids do not get to eat out much so this was a big deal.
Got on the web, wrote out my complaint. Time went on and I got a letter from the owner of that restaurant! With free coupons.
So I guess the right thing to do is complain through there web site. It must send the email to the location of the restraunt….
