I have been trying to put a profile picture on Twitter, but it keeps saying that they are all too big. Can anyone tell me how to make the picture size smaller?

Go to Picnik.com
Upload your picture and then click resize

go onto www.picnik.com and then upload your pic. then resize it. then save it! 😀

Any photo editor will do that. If you don’t have one, there are free ones online. Try Picnik.
