Nothing’s Forever: How do I lose weight while trying to prepare for exams?
I have tons to do for 3 exams in December, but I want to get in shape for when I down south in December (it’ll be summer there)
You know how you tend to eat a lot when you’re swatting for exams? How can I stop myself from being hungry all the time, because I don’t really have time to go running, because I want to maximise my study time.

Answer by DAWKWhere exactly are you going for it to be summer in December in the South?
Try eating healthy snacks. I know it’s like you’re watching a movie in the theatre and you’re so into it and you say to your BF or DH, “Hey, go get us some popcorn and a drink” all while you’re into this movie!
Stock up on water and a snack you like that’s good for you. Veggies, low calorie whatever snacks. Anything that doesn’t add calories and fat to your diet.
Eat three health, solid meals and snack once in between. Maybe set a timer to have your snacks and meals. Set it each time you have something. Set your mind to do it.
Answer by katzyPut yourself on a plan. Study for two hours, run for 30 minutes, then eat some crudites, small veggies cut up into tiny pieces. Study for another three hours, take a break of 30 minutes, run and keep this up. The running will give your mind time to ruminate over all the material you have been studying. Keeps it in perspective mentally for you and the change of venue helps do that and you keep in shape. Drink tons of water too. A bowl of soup and no crackers. Keep the carbs out of the equation but remember before an exam always eat some cheese just before the exam. The protein found inside of it will help the brain, it works believe me. Also listening to music while going to write an exam is good for the mind and chewing gun during the exam has been shown to be very good too.Answer by trake1986
Well when you study, do an hours study, then take 30 mins to go for a run, do sit ups, etc, go back to the books for another hour and then repeat. Then when you get up, and just before you go back to bed, do some push ups. The excersise will help your blood flow and increase your thinking power.Answer by ducky95
Let me tell ya how I survived: I was only 130lbs then. I need to lose weight because I didn’t fit in to my swimsuit. I put my books on the tread mill and ran as long as I could. I had a recorder and recorded me saying everything on my notes. Then i could listen and jog. But the thing that will help you the most is: Animal Crackers. They have like no fat, few calories, and when you go a little loopy (after 9 hours of studying it does that to you) You can play with/look at all the pretty shapes. Good luck!Answer by loseweightpro
There is a dieting program that allows for 5-6 small meals a day (which seems to suit you well) instead of 3 larger meals. This keeps you full throughout the day and increases your BMR, or basal metabolic rate, which is your resting metabolic rate that will help you lose a ton of weight when sitting idly which is ideal for studying and sleeping. The program creates 1000s of dieting options. You can find more about it at the link below, good luck!Answer by mansionghost
