Adobe documents are PDF files. Adobe is just a brand name. Any PDF software out there on the market that has edit/protection capabilities can do it. The Adobe Acrobat family of software is certainly a very good program to use to do what you describe but price wise it is out of reach for the average user (around $ 500.00 for the software). A less expensive brand known as PDF Prime can do it. It has a 30 day trial. Then afterwards it only costs $ 39.00.
u need Foxonic Std / Pro to add password / permissions to protect ur PDF files before sending it to the buyer.
3 steps to add password/permissions to protect a PDF doc with Foxonic Standard:
(1) set building mode to “One to One” and set destination PDF file name, location.
(2) set “PDF Security”, you can set “Owner Password” and “User Password”, u can also set permission, such as “Disable copying”, “Disable printing” etc
(3) select source PDF file and click “Build” button, then the source PDF file will be protected with
password and permissions u have set automatically.
You can download and try it for free from here:
