fryjimm: How do i find out if I have any money lost in goverment agencies without paying some private company?
i.e. money from old bank accounts, inhertences, bonds i purchased in basic training in the army

Every state has its own free unclaimed property website. There is no reason to pay anything. The claim forms are available on line. Have fun and good luck.
