How do I better filter spam to block everything that I do not have in my address book?

betsymc75160: How do I better filter spam to block everything that I do not have in my address book?
One of the options for filtering out spam used to be to send any mail from an address that you had not accepted or an address that was not in your address book to SPAM. I can not figure out how to do this any more. Is it no longer an option? If it is, how do I get there?

if u click on spam folder it should show edit spam folder
