How do celebrities on twitter see what other celebrities wrote to them?

P. Bear: How do celebrities on twitter see what other celebrities wrote to them?
I mean, celebrities must get like a million posts in their mentions but they can actually see what another celebrity wrote about them even if he/she isn’t following. Does anybody know?

Or they can have someone’s tweets sent to their phone

that helps celebritys see what other celebritys are doing on twitter because they have a huge database of celebrity names and they just see the post from people wiht celebriry names
