Sean G: How difficult is it for a tattoo artist to draw circles and lines symmetrically and accurately?
I am looking to get a tattoo shortly. I made the image myself but it is a VERY symmetrical design. It is important to me that when I get the tattoo done that CIRCLES look like CIRCLES… not ovals, etc.
Is this difficult for tattoo artists to accomplish?
Thanks in advance!

Wow, do you really think so little of tattoo artists? They’re in the business of art. So yes, they can draw circles.
it shouldn’t be hard since they draw onto transfer paper, they could trace the proper circles and lines if necessary before applying them to a person.Answer by Mickey Mouse Spears
Not hard at all. They can draw it first, then transfer a temp. tattoo to your skin and just trace.Answer by lala
well usually the tattoo artist traces the image onto a “tracing paper” if you will then transfers it onto the body… and it should come out like the image drawn if he/she can follow the lines. If you go somewhere legit it should be ok but do your research on places before you settle for one tattoo parlor over another 🙂 hope i could helpAnswer by Ellie
It isn’t that difficult if you go to an experienced professional. They do this on a daily basis and get lots of practice.Answer by scrappydo86
It all depends on who the artist is and how good they are. You can always go in and talk to the artist maybe get to know them a little and express your concern and wants. They can tell you how easy it will be to put what you drew on paper onto your skin and even give you ideas on how they can satisfy your needs. Just remember cheaper isn’t always better and ask to see some of the artist actually work before you decide to allow that artist to put ink in your skinAnswer by xx_erics_lady
with shapes like that they will transfer it on with a felt tip marker… they did that for me.Answer by Alisha
About 96% are good in the u.s. I’d say, I just say that because 1 guy in my town sucks, but do your research on the place first, ask around about it, the guy that does mine is good, I let him free hand it on my foot, only stars & stuff but still.
