Tim D: How can you search for a job on LinkedIn, without all of your co-workers knowing you are job-hunting?
I’ve heard LinkedIn is a great place to network with other IT Professionals and possibly find a job. But many of my co-workers are in my LinkedIn network. How can I use it to find a job without them knowing what I am doing?

You just don’t use them to network with. You find the jobs that are posted on Linkedin and go directly to the company with your resume. However, you lose the advantage of the referral.
