Ambulance_Angel: How can you get your splits straighter for gymnastics?
I am in a level 4 gymnastics class, and I can do my left and middle splits perfect, but I cannot do my right. Any tips?

One leg will naturally be more flexibile than the other. Do the general streches for splits as well they’ll help. Its better to have straight splits and them not be all the way down than having wonky splits. To tell if they’re straight bend your back leg and if it bends up straight e.g not wobbiling to either side then you’re straight. Also put your left leg on a surface so your leg is above horizontal ( 90 degrees) and reach for your toes. Hold that strech- it will help. work it more, like if u get open gym (ik this is not gonna sound fun) work on ur bad leg spilts, ik it sound boring but it really helps!! i have a bad leg split too…everyone does!!!Answer by Jordan Lynn
