LinkedIn is free to join, so there isn’t anything you need to expense for a basic profile. You can upgrade to LinkedIn Premium if you think it’s necessary for your business. If that’s the case I would include it under your online marketing or social media marketing budget. To my knowledge there are no promotional codes.
