Answer by George Lyou would have to file an I-129f fiance petition first with USCIS. she can’t apply on her own until she has an approved petition. the primary requirements are that you’re an American citizen, the two of you have met in person at some point over the past 2 years, that you’re both free to marry, and that you intend to live together as husband and wife. You would need to send an I-134 affidavit of support once she’s scheduled for interview. That requires you to show an income of at least 100% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines, and that means an income of at least $ 14,570. check out www.uscis.gov for more information and downloadable forms. read over the I-129f so you can see for yourself what all you will be required to show.Answer by Muah360
