Okay, I don’t think you are asking the correct question. You can buy option contracts no matter where you are in the world. People buy and sell options 24 hours a day because different markets are open. In the USA, options DO NOT TRADE on the NASDAQ. Options trade on the CBOE (Chicago Board Option Exchange) and you can buy from that market no matter where you are in the world. You can via the internet and/or with a financial advisor.
