How can i tell the male from the female in kissing gouramis?

ebbs: How can i tell the male from the female in kissing gouramis?
Hi again, like my other question i have 2 nice sized pearl coloured kissing gouramis but havnt a clue if they are male or female as they look identicle as did all the fish in the tank when i bought them, does anyone know how to sex them many thanks?

Look for which one opens his mouth first – yep…thats the male!! LOL

I used to have two of these fish also, entertaining arent they?

Males will have Breeding Tubernacles… and females will be rounder in body shape.

Its realy hard to tell the difference between male and female kissing gouramis.
There is one way you can tell look from above the kissing gouramis the females are much wider than the males.
