How can I stop Google satellites from taking pictures of my house?

Fareeda: How can I stop Google satellites from taking pictures of my house?
I looked up my address on Google and it is showing a picture of the front of my house and my car in the driveway. Can I stop this from occurring?

no you can’t. business has the right to take images of things from public property. your property ends at the sidewalk.

Those aren’t Google sats – those sats are mostly owned by the U.S. and other governments. Google acquires the satellite images from them and uses it for Google Earth. Since the pics are freely available, there is really not much you can do.

I don’t think so, The satellite takes pictures of everything everywhere. It dosen’t bother me. People can drive by your house and see it and see your car in the driveway. What is the difference in looking at it online.
