BreatheLove: How can I start practicing tennis?
I want to be on the tennis team next year but I don’t have any skill.
How can I go about getting lessons or something? Anyone have ideas?

If you really want to commit to get really good over the summer, try going for private lessons. Just look up some tennis clubs around your area who offer private lessons. The downside is the price. It’ll probably be like $ 50 an hour. Another alternative is taking group lessons. It’s much cheaper and usually offers monthly programs.
first of all..
1.try getting fit by regular excercise and wrist practise[coz the tennis bat is lil heavy and you must be fit]
2.get your confidence up and so you never give up half the way up.
3.tennis is a game that can be learned from viewing it..so try collecting matches of sampras, federer, monflis and hewitt these players have classic wrist movement and great footwork.
4.keep practising by making a line on the wall which ll be trated as your tennis nets..
5.the main thing you must concentrate is to returnin the ball..
6.try making ur serve simple and keep working and stick with a style of serve, you ll come up good.
7.last, if u practise minimum 3hrs a day you must be good by 4-5 months and you must a grat player by 6-9 months..so go on and gud luck..
enjoy..
PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT!!!
