Black velvet bags with gold and silver ribbons or cording to close the top.You can make them so easily and inexspensively.

sassy has it right, you can get the supplies at the dollar store (nobody has to know you went there!) I would do silver bags, gold ribbon & black tissue paper. Just put them on a table lined up neatly.

You can probably find silver bags or boxes at the Dollar Tree in the wedding supplies section. Also Garden Ridge, Hobby Lobby, Michaels and Party City. Fill them with the silver and gold Hershey’s Kisses.
