If I’m going to pay to stay here shouldn’t I see a return on my investment? Why should I just consume the apartment by just eating, sleeping, and showering here etc? There has to be some way to make money off of my apartment. Let me know what you think.

1. it’s not an investment for you, but the landlord 2. you don’t have to live there, you can always get rid of all your stuff and live on the street 3. if you have an extra bedroom, you may be able to cut your costs in half by getting a roomate
