You actually have a really good start! To be really good, you should be able to do a back handspring and a back tuck. Take acro, tumbling, and/or gymnastics classes to help you learn. Ballet will defiantly help you because you have:
~Strong legs
~Your in shape
~Your used to pointing your toes and having straight legs
Just remember to look and be really confident and smile! Good luck=)
If your team doesnt require try outs, you have a very good start! Remember to always work on flexibility, and see if you can start building you back tumbling to flight elements like back handsprings. Try starting soem forward tumbling, too.Answer by GymnasticsLover
ok, you have a good start, now what you need to do is take an easy, once a day gymnastics class at a local gymnastics center. Ballet helps out a lot! good luck
