Ini O: How can i ensure i read a book to the end? Many a times i start a book but put it away.?
I have great interest in non fiction general knowledge books and I actually do a bit of research before i buy a book, and read the reviews on the internet. But at the end of the day I do not have the time to complete the book I have started, and therefore put it away and lose interest. I therefore have shelves books i have not completed.Is there a way i can complete every book i start reading?

I can only think one reason for your behavior you read books at random and loose interest. You should choose the books you are going to read more carefully and be sure that you are interested in the subject, if not you are just forcing yourself.
I have no interest in war or weapons whatsoever,so if I force myself to read a book on that subject I will certainly reach the point were I must put it down.
Find out what you really like and you will finish it before you know it. By the way leave all those unfinished books on their shelves and start anew. Maybe in the future a time will come when they appeal to you, that will be the moment to pick them up again, not before.
Remember reading should be a pleasure and not forced labor.
