YOU need to immediately run a virus/malware scan and change your password. Then send an email to all of your friends that your account has been hacked and NOT to click on any links or take any quizzes that look like it’s from you
If the messages are in your sent folder, that means a hacker has access to your account. If they are not there, it means you have a virus that gave a hacker access to your contacts, and they are now just spoofing your email address as the return address even though you are not sending them. If this has happened the only thing you can do is open a new email account and inform all of your contacts not to open any new emails from your old account
Answer by OoopsYour account got compromised. First change your password. Account help.https://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/acct/in… for just about anything to do with your account. Then run anti Virus and Anti Spyware. Should be fine then.
