You can first ask them to stop. If they won’t then you can block their address
On your mail screen over to the right, click Options, then click Mail or More options. On the list to the left, click Spam, either type or copy and paste the email address in the block, click Add block. Upper left click Save Changes. They will not get a notice of the block, it will not be returned to them, it will be deleted upon arrival at your account. They will just think you are ignoring them.
