Diego: How can and International Organization influence a government?
1. In general, what methods can an International Organization use to influence a national government?
2. More specifically, in the case of North Korea and the United Nations, what methods of coercion does each side have in bargaining? Obviously, North Korea can fire off a few missiles and the UN can impose sanctions to try and get the other side to give in to their demands. I’m trying to see the big picture so elaborate as much as possible. Thanks!
