Andy: How can a 15 year old teenager grow taller?
Hi, i’m a 15 year old school teenager and is only 5ft 7 (170cm) at the moment! I weight 55kg (121lb). Am i underweight? I have been going on a diet since 2 months ago and have lost 13kg. Its true, will this affect my height growth? And people always go on about height being in the ‘genes.’ Apparently, i asked my doctor and this is only 50% true. How can i grow taller? What is my recomended caloric intake for the day?

Genetics and environmental factors do play into height, but we do not have adequate research to tell people exactly how to get taller. As for your weight, play sports if you think you’re carrying extra pounds. At 15 years old and only 55 kilos I hope you have more important things to worry about.Answer by the Ben G

How can a 15 year old teenager grow taller? Simple, grow older. In males, the growing process can progress until the early twenties. Be patient and eat healthy. No special diet is required. Most importantly, don’t obcess over this. The stress of worrying is going to stunt your growth more than your diet! Let it go. Worry about more important things like school, sports, dating, having fun. That’s what really matters in life, not height. Besides, some of the most successful people I’ve met in the military are shorter than me(sometimes a lot shorter!)Answer by Sarah
Eat healthy to ensure you get nutrients and vitamins you need. Exercise, play sports, run, basketball, etc. Don’t drink too much coffee because I heard it can stunt growth. D: Drink water and milk instead!Answer by Chris
A few things that help…
I was 5’7 at 23. now I am turning 24 in a month and I am 6’0. I grew the most during last summer because I actually started using a herbal product height enhancer 6 month course.

1) Drinking at least 2 big glasses of milk a day.
2.) playing basketball and going swimming. Basketball really helps, and you should also work out your calves and thigh muscles, that helps too.
3)Eat alot, because when I started to get taller I didn’t gain a pound but I looked skinnier.
