How are celebs who aren’t performing at the Inauguration getting in?

shockman: How are celebs who aren’t performing at the Inauguration getting in?
I mean, weren’t the senators giving out tickets. Now, if senators were giving tickets to their friends and/or most loyal constituents, how then are the celebs getting them? Do they even need tickets?
