how old do you have to be to get a hotel room?
do you have to use a credit card (i think so)
can you use one of those prepaid credit cards to use to pay if you have to have a credit card?

bc me (17yrs.old) my boyfriend (17yrs. old), my best friend (18yrs. old) and my other friend (17yrs.old) are planning on getting a hotel room after homecoming and we want to know. and my bf has a regular credit card, but he doesn’t know if he can stay so we have to have a backup plan to pay if he cant. and none of us have a credit card besides him but if you can use a prepaid one i can get one of those.

it really depends on where you live. i live in mass, and i know you have to be 21, but places like maine are like 18. also, the hotel itself sometimes has age requirements that are above the age of the state. say, a state that says you can when you are 18, the hotel might say, no you have to be 21. just give them a call, thats your best bet.
