I think the problem is the weight of the equiptment or the way it fits your body.
Dont worry, you’ll get used to it
Answer by J.O- McGuire’s a chumpChange is the problem!!! You will adjust. Either you are new to the ice, new to gear or just new to the “total” game. Work hard, keep at it. Hey when in Rome………You’ll find it.Answer by billy n
the length of the stick and the curve is always a big issue to me if i use a different curve the lenght of the stick can change 1/2inch wich can comprmise the way you could bring the puck back against you to go around another player or simple deke now with the new lenght just not working!!!!! shots and passes will be greatly affected also!
the gloves you need to feel loose in them not to long of a wrist wich comprimises the rotation of the wrist to handle the puck another thing
the skates the hight above the heal and the way the lasses are now working can affect a lot tour skating with turning and stopping!!!!!
i recommend do not use all the new equipment at once get use to 1 new piece than toss out the old bring a new one in!!! all new is just to much to handle at once even the pros never change all at once!!!!
cheers from quebec the land of only hockey well actually its all we have!!!!
sorry for the spelling i know it sucks im just a hockey player
Answer by Michael Swell if it has anything to do with your slapshot then i would say that its definetly the flex because thats my problem and if your knee pads feel weird then you’ll get used to it. and your helmet will for sure need time. dont dobut your equiptment just get used to it. happy playing!
