noejen94: Has anyone been able to contact NYS Taxation and Finance since May?
I’ve been waiting on an ammended refund and cannot get anyone on the phone at NYS Taxation and Fiinance. Is anyone able to get through?
I submitted the amended returns in early March and have not been able to contact anyone since the end of May.

states don’t process amended returns real fast

they probably wouldn’t even have started working on any amended return until after April 15th – you could be #10,000 in line
