You’ll have to submit paperwork (and money) to the US Citizenship and Immigration Services. You can either do it yourself or get a lawyer. If you do it yourself you can either sumbit the forms at the US embassy in Pakistan or at your local immigration office. All the forms and information you need are here:

Answer by SabbesYes, he definitely will need a visa or be married to you already. He needs to go to the Embassy in Pakistan to apply there for a visa. Its a complicated process. I went through it. Where are you getting married? In Pakistan or in the USA? We got married outside of the USA to make it all easier and it was still stressfull enough.
You might need to get involved at the Embassy though. My husband did it almost all for me / with me, but I remember that it took quite some time and we had to show proof that we really knew each other etc…It was not a pleasant experience. I remember that they questioned everything at the Embassy. And I wondered “who the *#$ % are those people in the Embassy that they ask all these questions???”
Good luck with your fiancee from Pakistan.Answer by CCC

You will need to file for a K-1 Fiance Visa in order to bring your fiance to the US. A Lawyer is not necessarily needed if you feel comfortable enough filling out the forms and obtaining the necessary documents, its a fairly simple process. A lawyer doesn’t speed up the process in anyway, its more a matter of piece of mind for the applicants.
For a step-by-step quide to filing the K-1 go to: https://www.visajourney.com and click on the guides section at the top.
Answer by Attorney Moona ShakilIf you and your fiance plan to get married after he come to the U.S., then the fiance visa would work well. You can find the I-129F form on the www.uscis.gov website. Once he comes to the U.S. you will need to marry within 90 days and then file for his adjustment. Other than the fiancee visa, you can go to Pakistan, get married and then file for his immigrant visa or the K3 nonimmigrant visa. Even if you get married, he will need an immigrant or nonimmigrant visa to come to the U.S. You can visit the uscis website for more information about the different visas.
