I want to ad photos onto my facebook. However, i do not want them in an album or as my profile picture. When you click “photos” you know how there is just a blank box where a bunch of pictures are? How do you get other pictures in there w/ out making/using an album? Thanks!

Those pictures are the ones you’ve been tagged in. You can’t upload pictures to that area. You can upload them as wall photos by clicking the photo icon under the status box
