: I am 18 and I have no job experience, How do I get a job without working at Fastfood?
I dont have experience working because my parents made me spend my time volunteering 200 hours and running track all year around?
What should I do?
Can Someone please give me an answer because thats the only thing I am lacking.

start applying for job in areas that you like….electronics try best buy…clothing, cameras…what ever you enjoy..start applying for jobs…you do not know what is out there until you try….good luck on the job search

Just because you never had a paying job doesn’t mean you lack experience. Your experience is in the form of your volunteer work and your dedication to your sport. You just have to figure out how best to word that on a resume.

Volunteering 200 hours and doing sports is just as good as getting an experience with a fast food restaurant. Give it a try!

It depends on what you want to do! But you are still young! Create a resume with your grades, volunteer work and references . Having no experience isn’t always a bad thing look for junior positions everyone has to start somewhere! Some companies like no experience as they can teach you how they like everything done ( you haven’t learnt any bad habits.) The most important thing is emphasizing you are reliable!!!! Also being super confident in interviews think of it as if you where the interviewer how would you like the candidate to answer! Interview are the most important part!!! I have got jobs over people who are way more qualified than me just by having great interviews! Hope this helps
