L. Azymia: I have exams tomorrow, and I need the perfect snacks to keep me focused. Suggestions?
I would like suggestions for breakfast foods and what I should eat during the small break we have between exams to keep me going. Testing really tires me out, but the one I’ll have the most trouble with I have last, which is a big problem. I have about fifteen minutes to eat at both breakfast and the snack period, and neither of those can be home-cooked– I need to pack them before I get to bed tonight. Please help!

you NEED complex carbs to keep you going so ur blood sugar levels won’t drop during ur exam and make it hard for u to concentrate, Tuna and salmon have also been said to be good for this type thing… I say tuna salad on whole wheat, with milk and a piece of fruit for lunch and an egg and whole wheat toast with peanut butter and yougurt for breakfast. the egg can be hard boiled the night before and reheateed if need be.Protein and cereal bars are good but watch the sugar content… they can give a temp sugar high and have a big drop off point. Hope this helps!Answer by austinfoodie
