Ok so I am in grade 9
I really need tips on how to study and do well on exams
And you know the P.A.T’s how can I do well on them
Like for the math P.A.T I want to get an A for it

Any help/Opinions would be helpful

Hi! I’m in tenth grade, and last year I took 4 exams in a row. It can be stressful if you’re a protagonist like I am:S.

My Advice:
-Start reviewing a few weeks prior. Do NOT wait til a week before the exam.
-Make reviews for each exam. Ask yourself questions that you believe will be on the exam and answer them.
-Take time to ask the teacher questions about what will be on the exam(go to her/his room during lunch and review with friends). Sometimes teachers will give you outlines of the exams and hints of what will be on.
-Try not to cram. Take small breaks.
-Study in a quiet area where you know you won’t be distracted by the computer, tv, phone, etc.

Math is a bit different to study for. Grade 9 math for me was mostly review from 8th grade so I would just review through the equations and notes you’ve taken then do LOTS of practise questions.

If you study the material and get a good sleep & breakfast before the exam, then I’m sure you’ll ace your exams!
