Curious_George: Are there any effects of eating pizza and other typical fastfood places everyday?
I am college student, just started to workout and I am not overweight. I try to eat healthy but due to cooking skills, find myself eating out at places like Quiznos, Mr.Sub, and Mc Donalds almost everyday. I take vitamins and protein shakes on a daily basis and drink V8 for my vegetable intake. I am wondering if what I am doing is very unhealthy.

Yeah you will get fat and go broke fast.
It is unhealthy, as you are not getting a real balance (especially mcdonald’s)Answer by S F
Watch the film, “Supersize Me.” It’s the definitive work on this subject. The short answer is yes. Good health doesn’t come from a fast food meal.Answer by Raven
What u are doing is extremely unhealthy.
Not only is the fast food bad, the vitamins, etc. is bad as well..
taking vitamins, protein shakes, etc. is good in teeny portions but too much can cause liver and kidney disease. Im not sure but I think v8 has a lot of sugar…probably as much as soda..check the label and remember to multiply the number of servings with how much sugar there is per serving.
At least quit eating mcdonalds…havent u ever seen the docmentary supersize it? a healthy guy who can do tons of pushups eat mcdonalds for 30 days and end up with heart/liver/kidney, etc. diseases.
try eating more fruit and vegetables like apples and celery instead!
hope this helps and cheers
Answer by helpmeoutyah, if you eat a lot of greasy foods (mcdonalds, quiznos, like you said) this can drastically effect your gall bladder and soon, whenever you eat greasy foods you will feel sick to your stomach and it can get so bad that you may need surgery.. this almost happened to me, but i cut out greasy foods for a little while so its all good now.. hope this helps.Answer by Barcode
Yes – you are eating mostly starches & greasy foods. What’s wrong with grabbing an orange, apple, banana, grapes, celery sticks, carrot sticks, grapefruit, tangerine, cantaloupe, honey dew melon, & adding to your diet?
