Don’t use PDF files because they suck…
You need to buy Adobe Acrobat software or one of the less expensive models of PDF software. Like was explained on your other question just like this one.

Answer by RonaldoHi, you can lock your PDF document by setting pdf passwords. I think you can consider owner password. It restricts editing, copying and printing of pdf files, thus others will not make changes to your pdf file. Still, you have to mind pdf password removers which remove owner password.
