Ashley: Do guitar hero world tour and guitar hero aerosmith controllers work on all rockband games?
I have guitar hero world tour the complete bandkit (drums, microphone, and guitar) and a guitar hero aerosmith guitar. Will these controllers work on all rockband games?
I have a wii right now. All of my games and controllers are for the wii, and am planning on getting rockband games for the wii too. Only if i don’t have to buy the controllers for them.

As long as you have them for the same system (ie for the xbox 360) you should do alright!

No. Not all of them. For one, the drums have an extra symbol that rock band doesn’t use. I have tried the guitar and that doesn’t work. The microphone might if it is generic, but i wouldn’t count on it.

i have guitar hero world tour guitar/dums/mic and i use them on rock band 2 just fine…

(i have ps3)

my friend has rock band controller and uses it on ghwt, both are compatible game stop will tell you no, but they are lying!

Yes, the equipment should work just as fine. I personally prefer to use the GH:WT guitar over the others, but yes all GH instruments should work with the RB games.

no, it won’t work. You can’t connect a rock band guitar to a guitar hero or vise versa.
