What is the difference between romantic relationship and friendship?

a guy told me if he were with me just holding hands, kissing, no sex is like friendship, not a romantic relationship. Is it true? You can hold hands and kiss a friend?

It seems like you’re both attracted to each other. Why don’t you just ask him to be in a relationship? Most friends don’t kiss and hold hands unless they’re attracted to each other.
